We offer tailored coaching and development programmes for both individuals and teams.

 

We use assessment, discussion and feedback to plan an individual’s programme of coaching and development. Our programmes are designed to harness strengths and address weaker areas.

 

Executive coaching and development is an excellent way of developing individuals within their current roles and also for assisting with talent management.

 

How our executive coaching and development works

  • One of our specialist coaches will meet with their coachee regularly, typically once a month. Between those times the coachee can contact their coach at any time to discuss any issues by email or phone.
  • Each coachee has an action plan which is the framework for the programme. Progress against the goals of the plan is reviewed at each session.
  • The coach is an external provider of evaluation, feedback and development direction. We listen, reflect and provide constructive feedback.
  • Progress and results are tangible and measurable − we ensure measurable objectives are in place from the start of the programme.
  • Coachees work with the coach is backed up by recommendations for further theoretical reading, self assessment exercises and access to relevant articles.
