Joanne Chambers is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.  She graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Management and completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Cardiff University. 

 

Joanne is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Occupational Division and the Special Group in Coaching Psychology.   She has a background in psychometric test development and specialises in large-scale bespoke assessment/development centre design and delivery. 

 

Joanne is qualified and has experience of a range of personality tools  including Saville WAVE (and WAVE 360), 15FQ+, NEO PI-R, Hogan Development Survey and Dimensions (TalentQ) and is competent in assessing individuals for specific learning difficulties using the WAIS-IV. 

 

Joanne also specialises in personal performance coaching and designs talent management programmes in conjunction with the use of personality profiling.
