Ingrid has over 20 years' business psychology experience. In the early years of her career, she perfected the art of designing and delivering assessment centres, going on to train others to do so. Working later at OPP, she delivered psychometric test training to include MBTI and FIRO-B and has since used these in many aspects of her work from coaching to team building. For the past 12 years, Ingrid has focused on leadership development and coaching at the senior levels of an organisation.

 

Ingrid's experience is strongly international. Having been brought-up in French speaking countries, she is truly bilingual in French and English, working comfortably in either language. She has also lived in Japan, France and currently lives in Belgium. In addition, she has worked professionally in over a dozen countries worldwide. Her knowledge of cultures, combined with her experience as an Organisational Psychologist, make her uniquely qualified to work in a multi-national setting. Ingrid is passionate about supporting people in organisations through the challenges of the 21st Century.
