Directions for Newcastle office
By Road:
- Follow the A1 towards Newcastle.
- Take the A184 signposted to Gateshead/Newcastle.
- Carry on past first exit.
- Stay in the outside lane and take the flyover over the first
roundabout.
Take the first left immediately over the bridge and turn left at the roundabout. - Go under the bridge and continue straight ahead at the lights.
- Follow the road round towards Quayside and go straight ahead at the next junction.
- Turn right at the next roundabout under the Tyne Bridge.
- Go straight on at the traffic lights and right just after the
next set of lights.
Rotterdam House is on the right.
Parking is available in St Ann’s car park, opposite Rotterdam House, however parking can be difficult. Public spaces can be found on floor four [top level], designated St Ann’s Quay Residential Spaces, no's 52-56, 67-78 and 84-112.
By Air:
- A 15 minute drive from Newcastle International Airport.
- Follow the A696 to Newcastle and turn on to the A1 Southbound.
- Alternatively, take the metro to the central station and catch a taxi.
By Rail:
- A 10 minute taxi ride from Newcastle’s Central Station.
On arriving at Rotterdam House there is a building reception desk in the entrance foyer and you will be directed to the second floor reception which is our reception. In the event of the main foyer reception area being unattended, please go directly to floor two reception where you will be greeted.

By Road
- Take the M40 towards Central London
- Then the A4 to Piccadilly
- Turn left into
- Stratton Street
- Then left again into Berkeley Street
- Follow on into Berkeley Square
- Berkeley Square house is situated on the right hand side of the square
By Air
Direct Underground connection to Heathrow Airport on the Piccadilly line
By Public Transport
- Excellent communication links with four Underground stations within a short walk, on the Victoria, Piccadilly, Jubilee, Central and Bakerloo lines
