We provide retained guidance and coaching in the best practice
use of
psychometric assessment and have close
links with, yet are independent of, the UK's leading publishers of
psychometric tests.
We run assessment centre and development centre assessor skills
programmes as well as interview skills programmes (expert and beginner).
We are constantly seeking partnerships for developing work samples of
repute and transferable validity and utility.
We also run Test Administration, Level A and Level B psychometric
test training programmes. Our programmes adhere to the seven and five
unit requirements set by the British Psychological Society. The key
facet in each is that they are case study driven and all course
directors are Chartered Occupational Psychologists. Level A is generic
and qualifies in all UK cognitive reasoning tests. For Level B, we focus
on the 16PF family, the work of Raymond Cattell and specifically the
15FQ+ [formerly known as the 16PF Industrial]. On completion of the
programme you are registered to purchase 15FQ+ materials and are
eligible for OPP's conversion day to enable you to purchase 16PF5
materials directly from OPP.
There are a number of ways that you can become qualified. Firstly, by
attending our public courses. These courses are run at both our
locations, London and Newcastle, on the dates below:
Level A Course Dates, 2010:
- 8 March – 10 March
- 14 June - 16 June
- 11 October - 13 October
Level B Course Dates, 2010 [plus one day follow-up]:
- 19 April – 22 April
- 15 November - 18 November
Our public course fees are £1,350 per delegate for Level A and £1,650
per delegate for Level B. Fees include all course materials and are
subject to VAT.
Secondly, by attending a company specific in-house
programme. These programmes are arranged and costed on request.
Thirdly, by completing a self-directed learning
programme. This is a very popular option which combines a number of
personal tuition sessions within an open learning programme. This
option enables you to tailor the programme to your own timetable to suit
your needs and convenience. There is reading and practical work to be
completed between one session and the next. We recommend a programme
of three half day face-to-face tutorial sessions for both Level A and
B. There is also an additional half day follow-up for Level B. These
options carry the same per delegate course fee as quoted above.
It is possible to reduce the personal tuition
sessions for both Level A and B which places greater demand upon your
own open learning. With just one tutorial session the fee for Level A
is £900, for Level B £1,150. With two tutorial sessions the fee for
Level A is £1,250, for Level B £1,350. Fees include all course
materials and on-going telephone/email support throughout the open
learning programme.
