How our search and selection services work
A comprehensive briefing session is undertaken prior to any
recruitment campaign. During this session an analysis and understanding
of your organisation, its goals and ambitions is achieved. An Assignment
Brief, including the relevant job description and person specification,
is then prepared and this forms the basis for client and candidate
reference throughout the recruitment process.
All applicants are thoroughly sourced and screened to assess their
suitability against the Assignment Brief. Only candidates who meet the
specification are shortlisted. For each shortlisted candidate, a
complete career history and consultant's comments on personal strengths
and shortcomings are presented. We help you with decision making,
reference checking and finalising all employment contractual details. We
will always ensure a satisfactory conclusion to each executive
recruitment assignment.
We can recommend appropriate
psychometric testing for recruitment campaigns, based on the
competencies important for the role. Psychometric assessment provides a
comprehensive insight into applicants’ strengths and development areas
and gives the clearest prediction of the future performance of
candidates.
