| 360 degree
feedback can be a key part of the process for coaching and development.
At the Neville Wharton Business Psychology Group we are highly
experienced practitioners of 360 degree feedback and, as an independent
body, we can handle the 360 degree feedback process impartially and
confidentially.
The 360 degree feedback process means that an individual receives
feedback from the people with whom they interact at work − not just
their manager, but also people who work alongside and report to them.
The information resulting from the 360 degree feedback can highlight
strengths and under-utilised assets, as well as reveal weaknesses, blind
spots, and inconsistencies in behaviour. All these latter areas can be
worked on, improved and developed through our coaching
programmes.
We adopt a seven point analysis plan resulting in insightful
feedback, focused action planning and ultimately, tangible behaviour
change, where individuals improve any weak areas and develop further
their areas of strength and talent.
