Conall is a Chartered Business Psychologist with expertise in helping organisations enable real performance from their people. For 14 years he has worked as a consultant helping businesses, both in the public and private sector, improve their performance and deliver results, particularly during times of change. Building high performance cultures, aligned to customer’s needs, is an area of focus and expertise. Achieving this has meant that he has worked across employee groups; from Chief Executives and their Executive teams, through to Junior Managers and their staff. Client groups include Finance, FMCG, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Hotel & Leisure, Publishing and the Health Sector.

 

Conall has delivered a number of large scale leadership development and talent management initiatives. He is regularly called on to provide in-depth selection assessments for business critical appointments, for both internal and external applicants. He is an experienced Executive Coach and is an active committee member with the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology and a founding member of the newly formed International Society for Coaching Psychology. He has a background in psychometrics and test development and has considerable experience advising businesses on the selection, use and development of bespoke tools and instruments.
