Lisa Michelangeli

Lisa is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She graduated from the University of Hull and completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology at UMIST. She is a member of the Occupational Division of the British Psychological Society. Lisa is an experienced consultant and has worked with diverse organisations across both the public and private sectors. She has specialised in the design and implementation of assessment and development centres for various levels from team leaders to board members. Lisa also has a keen interest in the validation of psychometric instruments and has carried out research to understand how personality tools can predict performance in the workplace.
