Ron Kelly

Ron has 27 years’ experience as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Career Management Consultant and Executive Coach. He was formerly a Managing Consultant in Coutts Consulting Group and latterly Right Management, based in Gateshead. Ron was also Director of Professional Practice for Right’s UK North career transition business. His key areas of expertise include leadership and performance coaching, executive outplacement, team development and advanced psychometric assessment. Additionally, he has consulted regional organisations and staff associations on the assessment and management of stress in the workplace and conflict resolution techniques.

New leader development and executive assimilation coaching are particular interests which have been applied in his consultancy work. Ron has provided 1:1 coaching support to professional and managerial clients from diverse sectors such as manufacturing, finance and retail. He also has acknowledged experience in leadership coaching of senior executives from Health Service organisations, up to the level of Chief Executive.
