Elaine Harrington

Elaine is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Originally from Hertfordshire, she graduated from the University of Southampton and completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of London, Birkbeck College, a well respected home of Occupational Psychology. Her early career was in marketing and communications. Subsequently she has gained extensive experience leading management development programmes, focusing on managing change, coaching and stress management. Elaine is also a trained mediator. She has an excellent reputation founded on her technical excellence, integrity and empathetic coaching style.
