With a background in HR management, Alison is an experienced business
coach and management consultant with over twelve years’ experience of
coaching leaders and teams around interpersonal development to create
business environments where people can operate in a healthy and
effective way. Working on clients' key business challenges, Alison
provides coaching, facilitation consultancy and development programmes
to address interpersonal, behavioural and organisational challenges
associated with business change.
Alison’s core areas of interest and expertise include: management of
change associated with systems implementation; creating effective,
collaborative partnerships; coaching for leaders of change; constructive
