Bernard Cooke

Bernard is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a professionally qualified Executive Coach with extensive experience of leadership and team development. He combines psychological insight with a real appreciation of the organisational context in which senior managers strive to achieve. He is an acknowledged expert in the use of personality instruments such as the MBTI, Firo-B and 16PF. He has used these extensively in his consultancy work and has trained other coaches in their application in executive coaching.

Prior to working as a consultant, Bernard held a number of HR Development roles within large organisations, in both the manufacturing and service sectors. He has been involved in large-scale organisational change programmes, managing the process of job design, assessment, selection and development. He has installed performance management systems for organisations and designed and delivered a range of management development programmes, including intensive leadership courses which enable senior mangers to realise their full potential. Bernard works with managers at all levels of organisations, including Directors, on both a team and individual basis.
