Silvia Best

Silvia has a degree in Psychology and Counselling, a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology and is eligible for Chartered status. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and is a qualified psychometric test practitioner to Level B standard.

Silvia is experienced in one-to-one career coaching, having assisted clients with career change decisions. She has undertaken research into the addictive behaviour of smoking and research into the effects of shift work using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. She has delivered Positive Psychology training programmes and designed training development plans focusing on call centre retention issues.
